From School Teacher To Full Time Real Estate Investor

In this episode of Investor Talk Radio, I bring Michael Hayes back into the studio for a follow-up interview almost 5yrs later. I interviewed Michael right when he got started as a brand new wholesaler and he was actually one of my first coaching students. Michael talks about how he got started and was not only able to leave teaching to become a full-time investor but also have his wife join him full-time in the business as well.  Michael is a perfect example of what can be achieved if you set goals, follow a system, surround yourself with the right people and continue your real estate education.
